Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly
- Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in physical therapy or related healthcare field
- Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitative settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
