Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, and Robotics.
• Prepare operating rooms and sterilize equipment before procedures.
• Support surgical teams by maintaining sterile field standards and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Follow all safety protocols and assist with patient care in the OR environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends and on-call shifts as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire Surgical Technologist license with certification in hand prior to submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a hospital setting.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties such as Orthopedics, Trauma, Neurosurgery, and Robotics.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Meditech.
• Friendly, professional, and self-motivated personality.
