Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, peripheral vascular, and EP device procedures.
• Assist with procedures using specialized equipment such as MAC Lab, IVUS, Toshiba Angio Lab, and other advanced systems.
• Maintain prompt response times for urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures, including STEMI calls.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive patient care and adherence to protocol.
• Participate in weekly rotation providing procedure coverage across multiple services and supporting 24/7 call coverage for emergent cases.
• Support float activities as needed within the hospital or affiliated facilities.

Required Qualifications
• Current NC or Compact Nursing License in hand at the time of start.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology setting.
• Experience with STEMI call ins and IR procedures.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications (or equivalent).
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes for STEMI callbacks.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Skills in IV starts, triage, peripheral line placement, and conscious sedation.
• Prior experience with EP procedures and working with specialized cardiac imaging equipment.
• Experience providing procedure support in interventional radiology or invasive cardiology.
• Familiarity with Epic or similar charting systems.
