• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care nursing in ICU, including trauma, neuro, and CTS patients.
• Float to Stepdown/Progressive Care Units as needed.
• Follow facility protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.
• Complete clinical and computer orientation before starting clinical duties.
• Adhere to scheduling requirements, including every 3rd weekend and holiday shifts.
• Respond to on-call duties with flexible scheduling depending on census and staffing needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Experience with EMR: Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU experience at Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Centers.
• Experience with CTS and neuro patients.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Prior ICU float experience in a hospital setting.
