Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, including orthopedics.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and follow treatment plans.
• Ensure patient care meets clinical standards and documentation requirements.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient flow.
• May float to other clinics within the region as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Willing to accept new grads and first-time travelers.
• Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedics.
• Flexibility to float between clinics.
• Good organizational and patient management skills.
