- Full-time, Nights, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a medical/surgical setting
- Collaborate with a team to deliver patient-centered treatment plans
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology medications following protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and manage side effects during treatment
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with hospital policies
- Ensure safety and comfort for all patients during night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience with oncology focus
- Oncology Med Surg experience required; Level I Trauma experience preferred
- Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) or provider card
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in team nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Travel nursing experience in large hospital settings
- Cerner EMR experience
- Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or short-term acute care facilities
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
