Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory conditions such as asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema
- Manage respiratory equipment including oxygen cylinders, concentrators, nebulizers, suction machines, and CPAP/BIPAP devices
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care hospital experience as an RRT
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU experience
- Experience with Meditech electronic medical records system
