Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy across senior living settings, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living.
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive patient care.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress using electronic medical records system.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers to promote therapy carryover and long-term success.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented therapy environment within a senior community setting.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active MD state license.
• Ability to work full-time on a 13-week travel assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in senior living or skilled nursing settings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
