Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and home exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Current professional credentialing as required by state regulations
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
