• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
• Pembroke, NC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and assess residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Document patient care and interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation requirements
• BLS/CPR certification
