Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility and functional independence.
- Provide specialized therapy services in areas such as sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke recovery, balance, and spinal therapy.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Travel to multiple care points as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
- Ability to travel across different care locations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in neuro, musculoskeletal, or orthopedic rehab settings.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
