Full-time, day shifts, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff as a House Supervisor in a Level III Trauma Center and Critical Access Hospital
• Float between units based on patient census and staffing needs, with priority on Emergency Department (ED) or ICU experience
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS highly preferred
• Manage patient care issues and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during assigned shifts
• Support staff with clinical decision-making and maintain smooth daily operations

Required Qualifications

• Valid OR licensure as a Registered Nurse (pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience, preferably in ED or ICU settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation for facility travel and float assignments
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in hospital supervision or leadership roles
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic charting system
• Experience working in a Critical Access or Level III Trauma hospital
