Full-time, day shifts, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff as a House Supervisor in a Level III Trauma Center and Critical Access Hospital
- Float between units based on patient census and staffing needs, with priority on Emergency Department (ED) or ICU experience
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS highly preferred
- Manage patient care issues and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during assigned shifts
- Support staff with clinical decision-making and maintain smooth daily operations
Required Qualifications
- Valid OR licensure as a Registered Nurse (pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience, preferably in ED or ICU settings
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation for facility travel and float assignments
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in hospital supervision or leadership roles
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic charting system
- Experience working in a Critical Access or Level III Trauma hospital
