Key Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care to psychiatric patients using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition to physicians and healthcare staff.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and certification requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent inpatient psychiatric nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (attached to submission packet).
• Certified in CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute), with certification attached.
• Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license (attached to resume).
• Must use specified submission template for application.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a behavioral health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
