Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to patients of all ages, following personalized care plans in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions, maintaining accurate documentation of progress.
• Deliver care in a compassionate manner consistent with facility standards and patient goals.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous education to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Wyoming.
• Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Experience in acute, inpatient, or outpatient rehab settings preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in critical access hospital rehabilitation programs.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with outpatient and inpatient therapy modalities.
