Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and adhere to productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Ensure patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately.
• Perform duties aligned with general orthopedics, with flexibility to float to other clinics as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapist license.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible and float between clinics.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Approval for overtime from the director if applicable.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedics experience preferred.
• No prior travel experience required; new graduates are accepted.
• Comfortable with high patient volume and double-booking.
