Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.), contract for 18 weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Perform clinical assessments and deliver patient care according to established policies
- Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including mandatory background checks and BLS certification
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or ARC)
- Must have completed NE DHHS background check within the past 48 hours of placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Strong clinical assessment skills and teamwork orientation
