Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Assist with daily living activities and administer medications as prescribed
- Follow established protocols and patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including documentation and reporting
- Some experience or understanding of cottage/greenhouse care models preferred
Required Qualifications
- Current LVN or LPN license
- AHA or ARC BLS certification
- Ability to complete NE DHHS background check within 48 hours of placement
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cottage or greenhouse care models is a plus
- Clinical interview availability required; candidates will be interviewed to assess care skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
