Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in evaluating and treating inpatient populations, including ER, acute care, and PACU discharges.
• Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotation to support patient needs.
• Deliver outpatient therapy services at various sites, including hospital outpatient clinics and satellite outpatient facilities, such as aquatic therapy settings.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in acute care, ER, or PACU settings.
• Background in aquatic therapy or specialty outpatient services.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
