• Full-time, day shifts

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedics, with some vestibular, work-related injuries, sports, and pelvic health cases.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
• Manage a productivity level of approximately 60 patient visits per week, including seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Support a team environment by being flexible and float to other clinics in the area as needed.
• Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met in all patient interactions.

• Valid state licensure or license eligible in Physical Therapy.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work full-time daytime hours.
• Willingness to float between clinics in Shippensburg and Chambersburg, PA.
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills.

• Experience with orthopedic, vestibular, sports, pelvic health, or work compensation cases.
• Previous outpatient therapy experience is a plus but not required.
