Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide rehabilitation therapies to patients under supervision
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Support patient mobility, strength, and recovery exercises
• Ensure a safe and compassionate environment for patients

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of physical therapy procedures and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Commitment to patient care and safety

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and modalities
