Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a hospital-based rehab unit.
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Document patient progress using Epic electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies and protocols, including limited float between units if required.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapist license for South Carolina or multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Availability to float within scope as needed.
• Ability to work full-time hours and adhere to schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in hospital outpatient rehab settings.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Prior travel or cross-unit experience.
