Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a hospital-based rehab unit.
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Document patient progress using Epic electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to facility policies and protocols, including limited float between units if required.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid physical therapist license for South Carolina or multi-state compact license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
- Availability to float within scope as needed.
- Ability to work full-time hours and adhere to schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in hospital outpatient rehab settings.
- Familiarity with Epic charting system.
- Prior travel or cross-unit experience.
