Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by providing sterile support and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgeries.
• Support surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, including Call and DOT shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to surgical procedures and patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technician within the specialty.
• Certification in AHA BLS.
• Surgical Tech certification (NBSTA/NCCT).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient surgery center environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient surgical centers.
• Familiarity with Direct Observation Treatment (DOT) shifts.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures.
