Part-time, nights, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions using electronic medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow facility guidelines for patient safety and infection control.
• Assist with patient assessments and report significant changes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN / LPN license in the state of ND.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with common diagnoses such as CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD.
• Familiarity with EMR systems like PCC.
• Prior experience working every other weekend and holiday shifts.
