Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patient health and progress, documenting findings accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Adapt to a flexible schedule including evening shifts and travel requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and travel as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
