Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in labor, delivery, and postpartum settings
- Monitor fetal and maternal well-being during labor using basic fetal monitoring skills
- Assist in stabilization and care of high-risk neonates, including neonatal resuscitation and stabilization if needed
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure family-centered, safe, and compassionate care for patients and newborns
- Support patient recovery and education during postpartum phase
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- AHA ACLS and NRP certifications
- Basic fetal monitoring skills required
- Experience in labor, delivery, postpartum, or nursery settings; stabilization of high-risk neonates preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with high-risk neonatal care and stabilization
- Knowledge of GYN surgical care is a plus
