Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for orthopedic patients.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Ensure all therapy sessions are completed within scheduled hours, with up to 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Current valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Approval from director needed before working overtime.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs.
