Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Required Qualifications
• Current and valid registered nurse license.
• Knowledge of medical-surgical patient care standards.
• Ability to assess and respond to patient needs effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a medical-surgical unit.
• Bilingual capabilities (optional).
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
