Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or similar clinical settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
