• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location
• Columbus, Ohio
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shift (3x12 Hours)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care for patients in intermediate care, progressive care, or step-down units.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient responses and update medical records accurately.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Ohio or Compact State nursing license.
• At least 6 months of recent experience in an IMC, PCU, or step-down unit.
• Successful completion of fingerprinting process prior to start date.
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule.
• References demonstrating recent clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Ohio State University hospital systems is a plus.
• Prior travel nurse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
