Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity labor and delivery care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Circulate and support patients during delivery, including post-delivery newborn care such as eyes, thighs, assessments, and injections.
• Monitor fetal well-being via electronic fetal monitoring and collaborate with OB team on patient management.
• Support patients with diagnoses related to midwifery, OB, substance recovery, and community care clinics.
• Float to sister facilities supporting Mother/Baby units as needed.
• Maintain compliance with staffing guidelines, including working every other weekend and holidays as required.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of RN experience in high-risk, high-acuity labor and delivery settings.
• Current valid license to practice as a registered nurse.
• Proof of required certifications (BLS, NRP).
• Demonstrated experience with electronic fetal monitoring (EPIC hard stop), neonatal care, and medication protocols such as Heparin, Insulin, Magnesium Sulfate.
• Must have current supervision references and prove of all required certifications with submission.
• Ability to circulate during deliveries and provide neonatal assessments and care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Advanced or Intermediate certifications.
• Experience working in environments supporting midwifery, private OB practices, or recovery services.
• Familiarity with high-risk obstetrics and fast-paced clinical environments.
