- Full-time, 3 nights per week, 12-hour night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a Level II Trauma Center.
- Float between units as needed, with a focus on emergency room duties.
- Adhere to established protocols, including ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Comply with facility dress code and parking policies.
- Work scheduled weekends and holidays as specified.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas nursing license; compact license accepted.
- At least 1 year of emergency or acute care nursing experience.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
- Ability to work nights and flexible scheduling requirements.
- Must be able to work in the United States within 50 miles of the facility.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Level II Trauma Center.
- Experience floating between hospital units.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
