- Full-time, long-term contract, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities on night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress using Sunrise charting system
- Adhere to facility policies, including call-off policies with minimal penalties
- Ensure resident safety and comfort, including IV management (vent experience preferred but not required)
- Collaborate with healthcare team to meet care ratios and maintain facility standards
- Maintain professional appearance in clean, professional scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Minimum of 2 recent years’ experience working as an LPN in a LTC or SNF setting
- IV placement and management experience required
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts
- Reliable and able to work 7 nights per week as scheduled
- Knowledge of Sunrise charting system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Vent management experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience working in VAU/TCU/ECN units
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
