Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment interventions, and progress notes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or acute care experience.
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
