Schedule / Job Type
- Days, Part-time (3 shifts per week), 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, and document observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with state and facility policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in North Carolina
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in SNFs or LTC settings
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
