- Contract, 13 weeks, full-time overnight shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting during night shifts
- Follow established protocols and ensure resident safety and well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Adhere to all regulatory and facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Current state-specific nursing license
- Strong understanding of LTC/SNF procedures and protocols
- Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Experience working night shift schedules
- Midwest travel experience is preferred
