Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize patient throughput.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and adhere to supervisor approvals for overtime hours.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guarantee of 36 hours, and work hours may vary slightly based on clinic needs and start date.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a high-volume outpatient caseload.
• Flexibility to float between clinics if needed.
• Willingness to accept a first-time traveler assignment (yes).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates considered (no).
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred.
