• Full-time, 5 days per week, day shifts, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to established treatment plans
• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Document treatment progress and update medical records in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain current licensure and comply with all credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience in a clinical setting involving patient assessment and treatment planning
• Ability to complete documentation accurately, including working with ATI documentation processes if applicable
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to adhere to dress code and facility policies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with electronic medical records systems
• Familiarity with setting up and operating necessary equipment during therapy sessions
