Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress and health status
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR and first aid certifications
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments
- Strong communication and bedside manner skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift nursing experience
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
