• Full-time, days shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to established treatment plans.
• Complete documentation related to patient care, including submitting required paperwork directly with the client prior to start.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and facility requirements during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of South Carolina.
• Experience in setting up and delivering physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Reliability to start on the scheduled date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
