Key Responsibilities
• Prepare the cath lab for diagnostic and interventional heart procedures, including TAVR, Watchman, electrophysiology, and peripheral interventions
• Operate and support essential imaging and laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards
• Assist physicians during procedures by maintaining aseptic technique and patient safety
• Document patient information, hemodynamic measurements, and procedural details accurately
• Maintain department supplies, equipment, and safety protocols in compliance with organizational policies
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth workflow and patient care excellence

Required Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program or possess an associate’s degree in a healthcare-related field
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA
• State licensure based on modality: Louisiana LRT (R) or (F) by LSRT

Preferred Experience / Skills
• 0-1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Certification(s) such as RCIS, RCES, RCS, or ARRT specializations are a plus
