• Full-time, day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in clinical or outpatient settings.
• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Evaluating patient progress and adjusting therapy programs accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
