Job Title

• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

• Caldwell, TX

• Full-time, days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatments to patients with disabilities to improve function and promote healing
• Record treatments and progress notes accurately in medical records
• Ensure all care is delivered according to established plans of care and regulatory requirements
• Support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers as needed
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care accordingly

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• Certification from the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) for PTAs
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions from a licensed Physical Therapist
• Empathy, patience, and physical stamina to assist patients with movement and exercises

• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
