Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident comfort and safety
- Follow established protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Work rotating shifts with guaranteed hours and every other weekend off
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license
- Recent experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Good communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
- Basic nursing skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
