- Document patient evaluations and therapy sessions accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working in large facilities or with modern therapy equipment
