• Full-time, temporary, night shifts (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room within a Level I Trauma Center.
• Scrub and circulate for various surgical specialties, including trauma, transplant, neuro, ortho, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotic surgeries.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, efficient surgical environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes during surgical procedures.
• Document all nursing activities accurately using electronic charting systems.
• Work in a dynamic, nurse-driven department with cutting-edge technology and a magnet designation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license.
• BLS certification; Radiation Badge (to be provided by agency).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Willingness to work at least one holiday period, including Christmas and New Year’s.
• Comfortable working night shifts and adhering to block scheduling requirements (approval needed).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with surgical scrub duties across multiple specialties.
• Prior trauma or Level I trauma center experience.
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system.
