Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Support patients in developing and regaining daily living and functional skills.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Proven experience supporting occupational therapy programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or hospital-based occupational therapy experience.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
