• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to adult critical care and emergency patients.
• Administer treatments, manage ventilators, and monitor patient response.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement respiratory care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately using electronic charting systems.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and certification requirements.
• Float within hospital units and to sister facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.
• Active certification in BLS, ACLS, and RRT.
• NRP certification is preferred.
• WA license in-hand or eligible for state licensure.
• Experience in adult critical care and emergency settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NICU experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with EPIC electronic charting systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
