Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical and Orthopedic specialty setting.
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient charting and documentation.
- Float to other units or campuses as needed, within competency and qualification limits.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience in a hospital Medical Surgical or Orthopedic unit.
- Strong experience and proficiency with Epic EMR system.
- Valid nursing license applicable for South Carolina.
- Ability to work night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with floating duties as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or large healthcare facility.
- Experience in Orthopedics, stroke, cardiac, or vascular services is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
