Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process tissue samples for histological examination
- Ensure all procedures meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of lab activities
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced laboratory environment
- Collaborate with medical and laboratory staff to support diagnostic processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in histology or a related specialty
- Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
- Ability to work day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (schedule may vary)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or urology laboratory setting
- Knowledge of tissue processing and staining techniques
