Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, 12-hour shifts (3 shifts per week), contract

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including travel and compliance requirements.
• Complete required training modules and certification updates prior to and during assignment.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist).
• NBRC certification and current Florida RRT or CRT license in hand.
• Active license without hits; no pending certifications.
• Must be nicotine-free and pass EKG and pharmacy tests during orientation (retest allowed twice).
• Ability to provide 2 references from a previous supervisor or manager.
• Must have 18 months of relevant experience, with 2 years preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience within a hospital setting, preferably with Cleveland Clinic or similar healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with travel compliance protocols (Tier 3).
• Able to adhere to all facility policies, including no-call policies and RTO submission deadlines.
